When an online order is placed through Muscle Garage we store information pertaining to the sale including name, address, email address and contact numbers. These are stored in our customer database to enable contact with you regarding the sale, or any issues that may arise post-sale.

You may also be contacted by us in future with notifications of any new product lines or sales, if you have indicated your consent to us at the time of ordering.

Security

All transactions with Tuff Mounts are encrypted with an SSL certificate and take place on the Paypal processing website.
When you enter the checkout area of Tuff Mounts, you are redirected to our Paypal secure processing page using 128bit or more SSL encryption technology that prevents your credit card and personal information from being easily intercepted and used.

We do not store your credit card details on retain them on file.

Shipping Policy

Regular post. Please allow up to 6 days.

For Overseas orders please contact us prior to ordering to confirm we can deliver to your country.

If your order is over $500 or is a large item such as a Crossmember, Extractors, Conversion kit etc please supply a valid business address for insurance purposes and to ensure your goods arrive safely (Please note the following: Working from home will not class as a business address). If you do not supply a business address upon checkout for larger items there may be additional shipping fees/freight times applied due to changes in freight policies worldwide.

*This applies to all products unless we have altered them subject to weight/dimensions that heavily impact freight costs to certain locations. We reserve the right to update shipping costs with no notice.

International Freight

Customer service policy

Customers will be made aware with-in 2 working days of any product ordered that is unavailable or has a delay in being delivered.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10%GST. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.

Product Representation

Our best efforts are always made to provide an accurate photographic representation of the products we sell. However, monitors do vary and therefore we cannot guarantee the exact appearance of the pieces on any one computer.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to the ACCC website for government regulations on Refunds and Returns.

As per the ACCC guidelines
“We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major fault or problem.

Alternatively, If the problem is not major, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.”

In order to be eligible for a refund from MUSCLE GARAGE you will need return the product to us within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in new condition and undamaged in any way.

After we received your item, our team of professionals will inspect the product and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be returned by original payment method used during the purchase.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a full refund. There will be a $50 strip, repair, powder coat and restocking charge.

We do reserve the right to refuse a return and refund also if the product has been damaged or modified.

Muscle Garage Tuff Mounts will exchange or refund a product within a 30-day period if,
: You have proof of purchase/original invoice.
: Items are Genuine Muscle Garage/Tuff Mounts items.
: Items were purchased from the Muscle Garage/ Tuff Mounts Store.
: Items are in as new condition and in the original packaging.
: Items are returned within 30 days.
: A change of mind or the ordering of incorrect items will incur a 25% re-stocking fee.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as your purchase was made. If the original form of payment is unavailable funds will be made available as a store credit towards another product or item.

Custom Orders (Painted)

Muscle Garage Tuff Mounts will not offer exchanges or refunds for any custom orders.

Returns of purchases using AFTERPAY.

Items purchased using AFTERPAY may only be exchanged at the discretion of Muscle Garage Tuff Mounts.

Faulty Items

If you believe your items are faulty you may be eligible for a replacement under the terms of Muscle Garage Tuff Mount’s warranty provided with your purchase OR under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product Warranty

The manufacturer’s warranty is for a period of 12 Months from the date of purchase for all products.
This Warranty covers all products manufactured entirely by this company (Muscle Garage/Tuff Mounts) and used within the “Warranty Terms”
This Warranty excludes all products or components manufactured by other parties; in this case the original manufacturer warranty will be applied.
There is NO Warranty on Second hand Components or Equipment.
This Warranty is void if the items are used in any competition, illegal activity or in breach of the “Warranty Terms”

Warranty Terms

1. All claims must be made within the warranty period by the original purchaser.
2. All claims will include a copy of the original invoice or details of original purchase.
3. Any Muscle Garage or Tuff Mounts product found to have faulty workmanship or materials will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
4. The Muscle Garage or Tuff Mounts warranty does not cover the cost of freight (either way), installation or removal of said product or other components.
5. Warranty does not include any fasteners, or any resultant damage caused through the failure of any fastener.
6. This warranty does not apply to any component that may have been subject to neglect, misuse, abuse, accidental or intentional impact, any modifications, unauthorized repairs, incorrect installation, or application.
7. This warranty applies to normal road use on a registered motor vehicle.
8. Second hand components are not covered by any Warranty.
9. Any product that is MODIFIED in any way from the manufacturer’s specification will not be covered by any Warranty.
10. Returns (if approved) after a 30 day period will be done so with a 25% restocking fee, No returns will be accepted, where we feel that our intellectual property has been compromised
11. Returns Must be in as NEW condition to get a refund, if items are scratched or any damage has occurred a $50 fee will be taken out of refund to cover restoration of item.
